This document outlines the delivery procedures and timelines for The Stow Studio. We structure our shipping processes to ensure that your sculptural decor and elevated home accents arrive securely and efficiently. Please review the following information carefully to understand our standard order processing parameters and delivery expectations.
Currently, orders are shipped exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States.
Due to the weight and fragile nature of our stone and metal items, as well as specific carrier limitations regarding large parcels, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid, physical street address during checkout to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

To provide clarity on when you can expect your items, we calculate our delivery timelines based on the following schedule:
Total Estimated Delivery = Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (5-8 business days)
You can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 11 business days after placement.
Orders are shipped via authorized carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be provided. Please note that tracking information typically requires 24 to 48 hours to activate and update within the carrier’s tracking system.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure safe transit and structural integrity, which may result in multiple tracking numbers.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Stow Studio is not liable for delivery delays, lost packages, or additional reshipment fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address entries.
If the carrier tracking status indicates the package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We will assist by providing any necessary shipping documentation; however, we cannot assume absolute liability for packages after they have been officially marked as delivered by the carrier.

To facilitate an efficient resolution, you must include clear photographs of the damaged item, as well as the exterior packaging with the shipping label clearly visible. This documentation is required to arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
